On October 1, 2022, at around 4:30 PM in Purok 2, Barangay Colorado, San Gullermo, Isabela, personnel of Maddela MPS led by PMAJ ERIC CAESAR C RUMBAOA, COP with the active support of 2nd QPMFC, QPIU and QCIDT arrested one _______________________, 54 years old, married, farmer and a resident of Barangay Sta. Maria, Maddela, Quirino for Reckless Imprudence Resulting to Serious Physical Injuries and Damaged to Property with bail recommended fixed at P5,000.00 for his temporary liberty. The accused was arrested by virtue of Bench Warrant of Arrest issued by HON. MICHAEL J. TAGARE, Presiding Judge, Municipal Circuit Trial Court, Maddela-Nagtipunan, Quirino docketed under criminal case number 2257 dated September 22, 2022. He was brought to Maddela Municipal Police Station for booking procedure prior turn-over to the court of origin.
