PNP NAGTIPUNAN NABBED WANTED PERSON FOR VIOLATION OF RA 8550 IN RELATION TO ONE-TIME-BIG-TIME

On October 14, 2022 at 2:45 PM, personnel of Nagtipunan Police Station, Quirino Police Provincial Office led by PCMS Manny T Ignacio, Chief Intel under the supervision of PMAJ ERNESTO B DUQUE JR, Chief of Police  (lead unit), 2^nd QPMFC and QPIU in relation to OTBT implemented  a warrant of arrest at Santiago City, Isabela that resulted to the  arrest of x___________________________x, 65 years old, married, jobless and a resident of x______________________x for Violation of RA 8550 as amended by RA 10654 (illegal Fishing with the used of electrofishing device) with  recommended bail amounting to PHP 6,000.00. The accused was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by HON. JOSEPHINE B. GAYAGAY, Presiding Judge, Second Municipal Circuit Trial Court, Maddela, Quirino docketed under criminal case number 1916  dated September 23, 2005. Subject arrested person was brought to this office for booking procedure prior the turned-over to the court of origin.
